Dialing 111

This is how to call emergency services.
First you pick up the phone.
Then dial 111 very slowly.
When you get hold of the emergency service they ask if you want ambulance, Fire or the police
Then you tell them your address, phone no, name, and what your emergency is.
Then you wait and the person tells you what to do.
Then you wait for them to come.
